- Ages 2 + are welcome
- For our little yogis aged 2-4, we kindly ask that an adult join in the fun + accompany them during class. You will only need to bring one mat for the two of you.
- We encourage all parents + guardians to stay for coffee + brunch downstairs
*Remember to bring your yoga mat + a water bottle to stay hydrated. We can't wait to share some yoga fun with you!
